Please note that all applications for Ukrainian visas for Bangladeshi citizens are processed at the Embassy of Ukraine in New Delhi. However, if you have all the required documents, Desire Tours and Travels can provide logistics support to have your visa stamped (logistics charges applicable).

Requirements for Tourist Visa:

1. Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least three months after the declared exit date from Ukraine. It should have been issued no more than ten years ago and have at least two spare pages.
2. Copies of passport pages: Provide copies of all pages of your valid passport that contain any relevant information, such as passport data, residence address, data of parents and spouses, visas, and entry/exit stamps.
3. Duly filled Application Form.
4. 2 passport-size photos.
5. Tourist voucher: Submit the original tourist voucher issued by a Ukrainian tourist company.
6. Confirmed hotel reservation: Provide a confirmed hotel reservation from a Ukrainian hotel engaged in tourist activities.
7. Confirmation from Ukrainian tourist company: Obtain a confirmation from the Ukrainian tourist company stating their readiness to accept tourists.
8. Copies of licenses: Include copies of the licenses for the Ukrainian and Bangladeshi companies conducting tourist activities.
9. Photocopy of contract: Provide a photocopy of the contract between the Ukrainian and Bangladeshi tourist companies, which includes the responsibility of each party for the deportation of the tourist in case of readmission.
10. Ukrainian insurance policy: Obtain a Ukrainian insurance policy that covers the period of validity of the visa.
11. Bank statement: Submit a certified bank statement for the last six months, confirming sufficient funds for your intended stay in Ukraine. Alternatively, provide a letter of guarantee from the host party stating their undertaking of all expenses related to your stay in Ukraine and your exit from Ukraine.
12. Insurance policy: Include the original and a copy of the insurance policy for the period of your intended stay in Ukraine. For multiple entry visas, provide the insurance policy for the period of the first intended stay.

Note: The authorized staff may request additional documents or conduct an additional interview to clarify the purpose of your travel if necessary.

Requirements for Business/Investor Visa:

1. Passport: Same as mentioned in the tourist visa requirements.
2. Copies of passport pages: Same as mentioned in the tourist visa requirements.
3. Duly filled Application Form.
4. 2 passport-size photos.
5. INVITATION from Ukrainian company: Obtain an invitation from the Ukrainian company duly signed, sealed, and approved by the inviting authorities and local foreigners registration authorities. (For government-owned enterprises, approval and registration of the invitation are not required.)
6. Copy of CERTIFICATE of the state registration of the inviting company.
7. Forwarding Letter from the Bangladeshi delegating company.
8. Ukrainian insurance policy: Same as mentioned in the tourist visa requirements.

Lead Time for Visa in Embassy: The total approximate time required to obtain a Ukraine visa is 15-20 days, plus 6-8 working days for passport processing and transportation.

Visa Fee: The visa fee for issuing a short-term visa (Type C) is BDT 8,543/- for single entry and BDT 13,065/- for double entry. The visa fee for issuing a long-term visa (Type D) is BDT 8,543/- for single entry. Additionally, Desire Tours and Travels charges a service fee for logistics support.
