Embassy of Sweden, representing Belgium, Finland, Iceland, the Netherlands, Latvia, Luxembourg, Poland, and Slovenia, also accepts short-term visa applications for these countries at the Sweden Visa Application Centre in Dhaka.

Requirements:

Basic Documents:

1. Passport: A passport with at least two blank pages, valid for a minimum of 6 months beyond the intended departure from the Schengen territory. Include all previous passports.
2. Personal/Company Bank Statement: Provide the personal bank statement or company bank statement for the last six (06) months.
3. Recent Photographs: Submit two recent color photographs measuring 35mm x 45mm with a white background. The photographs should not be older than 3 months.
4. Travel Health Insurance: Obtain travel health insurance valid for all Schengen countries, covering medical expenses with a minimum coverage of 30,000 EUR.

For Business Persons:

• Renewal Trade License Copy: Include a copy of the renewed trade license.
• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum: Provide the pages of the company’s certificate of incorporation and memorandum where the director’s names are mentioned. (Only applicable for owner directors)
• Office Pad/Company Letterhead: Submit the office pad or company letterhead.
• Import & Export Certificate: If applicable, include the import and export certificate.
• TIN/Income Tax Certificate: Provide the TIN or income tax certificate if available.

For Job Holders:

• No Objection Certificate (NOC): Include a NOC from your employer.
• Salary Certificate: Submit a salary certificate.
• Pay Slips: If available, provide pay slips.
• G.O (Government Order) for Official Passport: If applicable, include the government order for an official passport.
• BMDC Certificate for Doctors: If you are a doctor, provide the BMDC certificate.
• BAR Council Certificate for Advocates: If you are an advocate, submit the BAR council certificate.

For Students:

• Student ID Card Photocopy: Include a photocopy of your student ID card.
• Leave Letter: Provide a leave letter from your school/college/university.

Other Supporting Documents:

• Tour Program: Include a tour program.
• Visiting Card: Submit your visiting card.
• Marriage Certificate: If applicable, provide a marriage certificate.
• Birth Certificate of Children: If applicable, include the birth certificate(s) of children.
• Document of Properties: Submit relevant documents related to properties.
• Blue Book Photocopy of Car: If applicable, include a photocopy of the blue book of your car.
• Document of Other Income: If applicable, provide documents related to other income.
• Financial Solvency Documents: Include all documents of financial solvency such as FDR (Fixed Deposit Receipt), share business documents, savings account statements, security deposit receipts, cash investments, etc.
• National Identity Card Copy: Provide a copy of your national identity card.

Embassy Fee: Pay BDT 9,500/- payable to the Embassy.

Service Charge: Pay BDT 2,000/- payable to the visa service provider. Additionally, obtain travel health insurance.
