Philippines Visa Requirements:
Basic Documents:
- Valid Passport: A passport with a minimum validity of nine (09) months. Include any old passports if available.
- Visiting Card: Provide your visiting card.
- Recent Photographs: Submit two recent photographs taken within the last three months. The photographs should have a white background and a size of 2 inches x 2 inches.
- Bank Statement: Provide the bank statements for the last six months along with a bank solvency certificate.
- Police Clearance: Include a police clearance certificate.
- TIN Certificate: Submit a TIN (Tax Identification Number) certificate.
- Photocopy of Cheque Book: Provide a photocopy of your cheque book.
- Original Invitation Letter: Obtain an original invitation letter from your sponsor. If it is a personal invitation, the letter should be notarized.
- Minimum Balance: Maintain a minimum balance of BDT 200,000 in your bank account.
- Round Trip Air Ticket: Submit a copy of your round trip air ticket.
- Hotel Booking: Include proof of hotel booking for your stay in the Philippines.
- Tour Itinerary/Plan: Provide a detailed tour itinerary/plan.
- Possible Interview: Be prepared for a possible interview by the embassy.
Additional Requirements for Business Persons:
- Renewal Trade License Copy: Include a copy of the renewed trade license with a notary public’s endorsement (English translated).
- Memorandum for Limited Company: Submit the memorandum for a limited company.
- Blank Page of the Office Pad: Provide a blank page from the office pad.
Additional Requirements for Job Holders:
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): Include a NOC from your employer.
- BMDC Certificate for Doctors: If you are a doctor, provide a BMDC certificate.
- BAR Council Certificate for Advocates: If you are an advocate, submit a BAR council certificate.
Additional Requirement for Students:
- Student ID Card Photocopy: Include a photocopy of your student ID card.
- Birth Certificate: Only for child and infant applicants, provide a birth certificate.
Additional Requirement for Family Applicants:
- Marriage Certificate Copy: If applying as a family, include a copy of the marriage certificate.
Visa Fee: The visa fee is BDT 5,500, which is non-refundable.
