Japan Visa Requirements:

For Travelers :

4. Two Photos (according to photo requirements)
5. Airline Booking Slip (round trip)
6. Hotel Booking Confirmation for the duration of your stay in Japan
7. Invitation Letter (if you have a guarantor in Japan)
8. Document Certifying Relationship to the Guarantor (if applicable)
9. Document Demonstrating Financial Capability (a) If you are covering the travel expenses: – Tax-Income Certificate (if available) – Bank Statement (b) If a guarantor in Japan is covering the travel expenses: – Guarantee Letter – Tax Certificate, Bank Statement, or Income Certificate (choose one) – Citizen Registration or Certificate of Foreigner Registration and Passport Copy
10. Marriage Certificate (if married)

For Other Short-Term Visits: (Short-term training, seminar, meeting, examination, competition, etc.)

For Official or Diplomat Visits:

1. Application Form

4. Note Verbal or Government Order
5. Invitation Letter (if applicable)
6. Flight Schedule

Visa Fee: There is no fee for Bangladeshi nationals.

Passport Delivery: Usually within five (5) working days after the interview.

Visa Application Submission: From 9:00 am to 11:00 am, Sunday to Thursday.

Visa Processing Fee: 1500/- BDT Service Charge: 500/- BDT Note: The service charge is subject to change without prior notice. Note: The Embassy reserves the right to issue visas.
