INDONESIA VISA REQUIREMENTS
Essential Documents:
- Valid passport with a minimum validity of 6 months.
- Recent color photograph in JPEG format, with a white background, taken within the last 6 months (size: 100-200 KB or 4×6 cm).
Financial Requirements:
- Proof of funds amounting to at least USD$2000 (two thousand US dollars) within the last 6 months or 3 months. (Bank solvency certificate: The certificate should mention your name and passport number, addressed “To Whom It May Concern,” and be accompanied by an English translation if in Bangla).
Travel Arrangements:
- Reservation of return air ticket (provided by Travel Agent).
- Hotel reservation (provided by Travel Agent).
- Proof of health insurance (provided by Travel Agent).
- COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
- Letter of health declaration (provided by Travel Agent).
- Letter of consent to pay for medical expenses (provided by Travel Agent).
Note: Business visa applicants need to provide business invitation and documents from the inviting person as proof of business.
For Business Persons:
- Updated trade license (if available in Bangla, please provide an English translation notarized copy along with the Bangla copy).
- 2 copies of business pads.
- Copy of memorandum of articles (if the proprietor or managing director name is not mentioned on the trade license).
- Copy of visiting card.
For Job Holders:
- No Objection Certificate (NOC).
- Office ID cards (both sides).
- Visiting card.
For Students:
- Student ID card.
- NOC from school/college/university.
- If a student applies individually, provide the father’s documents along with all the required documents.
For Housewives:
- Provide the husband’s documents.
Important Note:
- Normal visa processing time: 10-12 working days.
- Type of visa: Sticker Visa – Tourist.
- Normal visa processing cost: BDT 12,000/-.
- Single entry visa with a validity of three months, allowing a maximum stay of 60 days.
