Documents for Vietnam Immigration Approval:
To obtain Vietnam Immigration Approval, you will need the following documents:
- Passport Scan: Provide a scanned copy of your passport with a minimum validity of 6 months.
- PNR or Air-Ticket Booking Copy: Submit a copy of your PNR (Passenger Name Record) or air-ticket booking.
- Hotel Booking: ShareTrip will provide assistance with hotel booking.
- Studio Soft Copy Photo: Provide a soft copy of your photo taken at a studio.
- Travel Insurance: Obtain travel insurance coverage for your trip to Vietnam.
- Visiting Card: Include a copy of your visiting card.
- Previous Visa Scan Copy (if applicable): If you have previously obtained a visa for Vietnam, provide a scanned copy of it.
- Agreement Letter: ShareTrip will provide the necessary agreement letter.
Note: Upon arrival at the airport in Vietnam, you will be required to pay USD 30 for visa stamping directly at the immigration point.
Please note the following additional information:
- Vietnam Approval Cost: The Vietnam approval cost for on-arrival visas is BDT 8,000 per person.
- PNR and Hotel Booking: Ensure that your PNR and hotel booking are for the same duration and the same city where you intend to obtain the approval. After receiving the approval, you must send a confirmed air ticket and hotel booking via email for easy transfer.
- Approval Fee Based on Travel Duration: If your travel duration is between 1-7 days, the approval fee is BDT 8,000. For travel lasting 8-14 days, the approval cost is BDT 10,500.
Please note the delivery time for the Vietnam Immigration Approval is approximately 10 to 15 working days. Also, keep in mind that visa rates are subject to change without prior notice, and visa issuance rights are reserved by the Embassy.
