Required Documents:

1. Passport: You must have a valid passport with at least two blank pages. The passport should be valid for at least 6 months after leaving the Schengen territory. Don’t forget to include all your previous passports.
2. Personal/Company Bank Statement: Submit your personal or company bank statement for the last six months to show your financial stability.
3. Recent Color Photographs: Provide two copies of recent color photographs with dimensions of 35mm x 45mm. The background should be white, and the photos should not be older than three months.
4. Travel Health Insurance: Obtain travel health insurance that is valid for all Schengen countries. The insurance should cover medical expenses and have a minimum coverage of 30,000 EUR.

Additional Requirements for Business Persons:

• Renewal Trade License Copy: Include a copy of the renewed trade license.
• Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum: Submit the pages of the certificate of incorporation and memorandum that mention the names of directors. This requirement applies if you are an owner-director of a company.
• Office Pad/Company Letterhead Pad: Provide official office pad or company letterhead pad.
• Import & Export Certificate: Include the import and export certificate, if applicable.
• TIN/Income Tax Certificate: If you have a TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) or income tax certificate, submit a copy.

Additional Requirements for Job Holders:

• No Objection Certificate (NOC): Obtain a No Objection Certificate from your employer.
• Salary Certificate: Submit a certificate indicating your salary details.
• Payslips: Include recent payslips, if available.
• G.O (Government Order) for Official Passport: Provide a copy of the government order if you are applying for an official passport.
• BMDC Certificate for Doctors: If you are a doctor, include the BMDC (Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council) certificate.
• BAR Council Certificate for Advocates: If you are an advocate, include the BAR Council certificate.

Additional Requirements for Students:

• Student ID Card Copy: Provide a copy of your student ID card.
• Leave Letter: Obtain a leave letter from your school/college/university.

Submit any additional supporting documents that may be applicable to your case, such as:

• Tour Program
• Visiting Card
• Marriage Certificate
• Birth Certificate of Children
• Documents of Properties
• Bluebook Photocopy of Car (if applicable)
• Documents of Other Income (if applicable)
• Documents of Financial Solvency (FDR/Share Business/Other Savings/Security Deposit/Cash Investment, etc.)

Fees:

1. Embassy Visa Fee: The embassy visa fee is BDT 8,100/- payable to the embassy. Please note that the visa fee is subject to change according to embassy policy.
2. Service Charge: Our services charge is 4,500/- payable to us. The travel health insurance price depends on your age and travel duration. Please be aware that service charges may change without prior notice.

Translation Requirement:

All documents in Bangla must be submitted along with an English translation.
