However, if you have all the required documents, Desire Tours and Travels will provide you with processing and logistics support to have your visa stamped. Please note that there will be a logistics charge applicable. You will not need to personally visit the embassy in New Delhi, India to process your visa.

Tourist Visa Requirements:

  1. Passport: The applicant must submit their original passport, which should be valid for at least six months beyond the intended date of departure. The passport must also have a minimum of two blank pages for visa stamp. Previous passports, if any, should be attached.
  2. Papua New Guinea Visa Application Form: Two copies of the visa application form should be duly filled and signed by the applicant.
  3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport-size color photographs with a matte or semi-matte finish are required. The photographs should have 60% to 80% face coverage, a white background, and no border. Please note that the photographs should not be more than three months old, scanned, stapled, or used in any previous visas.
  4. Forwarding-Letter: The applicant must provide a forwarding letter on the company’s letterhead. The letter should include the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose of visit, and duration of stay. It must be signed by an authorized signatory, bear the company stamp, and be addressed to The Visa Officer, Papua New Guinea High Commission, New Delhi.
  5. Financials: a) Proof of Occupation: This can include salary slips or any other documents indicating the applicant’s occupation. b) Bank statement for the last six months. c) Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last three years. d) Foreign exchange endorsement or a copy of the credit card.
  6. Airline Reservation: The applicant should provide a ticket itinerary.

Special Note: Prior approval from the Papua New Guinea Immigration Division is mandatory.

  7. Airline Reservation: The applicant should provide a ticket itinerary.
